We went for a tour at the beginning of the week, we are not from the area so we didn’t really know where to start or anything about the area! Josie in the front office helped us tremendously and pointed us in the right direction! She was a great help to me and my friend in looking for an apartment.

Gerson arrived shortly after entering the service request. He went above and beyond to fix the problem. Thank you very much.!

This apartment complex does not have enough positive ratings, which surprises me. This apartment complex is a 10 out of 10 experience for me. The maintenance crew was always diligent to help me with my problems. The office staff was always amazing and was there when I needed them. Christy who works in the office deserves a raise! She was very helpful for all my questions and apartment needs. If you truly are seeking a new living space, please don’t overlook Antiqua. It is a very peaceful, quiet environment.

We noticed the thermostat wasn’t working on the AC and I mentioned it to the office manager in the morning and Mr. Balda and his crew showed up soon after. They got it up and working properly until they were able to return the next day to fully complete the repair, replacing the drain pipe I believe. Also, Gerson offered to put a new coat of paint on the AC UNIT cover panel, ( we had mentioned this during the visit.) We couldn’t really ask for more help than that under the circumstances. Prompt and complete and a bit beyond by offering to spot paint that panel. They’ve generally been reliable overall.

The maintenance guys, David and Gerson, are always courteous, friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond!

Own came over I was having a problem with water backing up into the tub. It wasn’t draining properly. Came over fix the problem and now I have a free running no back up Thank you very much, sincerely Mary Southerland
