I've only been here less than a year but things have been great.

Antiqua staff, especially maintenance, are excellent and always professional. It is a pleasure to live in this community.

Christy was so wonderful and very helpful throughout my whole renting experience here! She’s so great! Would recommend!

This apartment complex does not have enough positive ratings, which surprises me. This apartment complex is a 10 out of 10 experience for me. The maintenance crew was always diligent to help me with my problems. The office staff was always amazing and was there when I needed them. Christy who works in the office deserves a raise! She was very helpful for all my questions and apartment needs. If you truly are seeking a new living space, please don’t overlook Antiqua. It is a very peaceful, quiet environment.

We noticed the thermostat wasn’t working on the AC and I mentioned it to the office manager in the morning and Mr. Balda and his crew showed up soon after. They got it up and working properly until they were able to return the next day to fully complete the repair, replacing the drain pipe I believe. Also, Gerson offered to put a new coat of paint on the AC UNIT cover panel, ( we had mentioned this during the visit.) We couldn’t really ask for more help than that under the circumstances. Prompt and complete and a bit beyond by offering to spot paint that panel. They’ve generally been reliable overall.

The maintenance guys, David and Gerson, are always courteous, friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond!

Own came over I was having a problem with water backing up into the tub. It wasn’t draining properly. Came over fix the problem and now I have a free running no back up Thank you very much, sincerely Mary Southerland

Antiqua Apartments has a wonderful and welcoming office staff. The maintenance staff responds quickly with a smile. Highly recommend!

Moving in process was very easy and I had a few blemishes that needed repair and they responded very quickly
